Everyone knows how hard it is to make a substantial income with the economy in its recent slump. Studies show that in most American families it requires both parents to work out of the home just to get by. Today's Blue Collar families would have been considered wealthy a few years ago but now with the inflation of the price for groceries and escalating gas prices; many families are barely skimming by.
